If you meant "projects" and "transactions" in the most general, indefinite sense of the terms, you'd need "DE transations" (you avoid repeating the "de" altogether)
"banque d'entreprise" itself isn't a skill, so I assume you meant "gestion de" ("managing company banks")

I wouldn't recommend capitalizing every word in a resume. You could find a tolerant recruiter considering it's okay but overall, it's not worth the risk as it's not a custom to do so here - at least in Europe, I don't know about the French-speaking parts of Canada.
