Life is good

I'm grateful because life is tough, maybe then I could feel a sense of happiness when I can achieve the life that I want, it's very simple as below.

I'm grateful because I've got sick for months, I can feel overjoyed when I became usual, to do whatever I want without laying in bed all days due to exhausted.

I'm grateful because I'm still keep going for months, someday I work hard, someday I just do a little, but it's rather small than nothing at all. It's like compounding, which leads to a very huge impact in the future that I couldn't imagine.

I'm grateful because life is never be fair, so I know that I can't rely on anyone, the only person I can leave my trust to is myself.

I'm grateful because I'm never give up, even things difficult, perhaps... there's a dream that I've always dreamed of, that I couldn't know how I lived if I give up that dream. I can't live like this life now.

I'm grateful because although life is tough, maybe then I couldI can still feel a sense of happiness when I can achieve the life that I want, it'sings in my life, such as something very simple as below.

"Although" is a word you can use when making contrasting comparisons. Although I am alone, I don't feel lonely. Although the sun is shining, it feels cold.

I'm grateful because I've got was sick for months, I canand I feelt overjoyed when I became usual, togot better and could do whatever I wanted without laying in bed all days due to exhaustedion.

We describe recovering from illness as "getting better"

I'm grateful because I'm still keep going for months, s(working on English/self-improvement) after months of effort. Some days I work hard, some days I just do a little, but it's rather smallbetter than nothing at all.

Reading this, we wonder what you mean by "keep going." I gather you have been working on something, but what? I edited in the parentheses options

It's like my efforts are compounding, which leadsing to a very huge impact in the future that I couldan't imagine.

I'm grateful because life is never be fair, so and I know that I can't rely on anyone, the only person I can leave mybut I can put trust to isin myself.

The original sentence is odd because you are saying you are grateful for [negative thing] + [negative thing] + [negative thing]. I edited this to have a spin to mean that although life is hard, you appreciate that you know you can trust in yourself.

I'm grateful because I'm never give up, even when things are difficult, p. Perhaps... there's a dream that I've always dreamed of, that I couldn't know how I livedhad, which I won't be able to realize if I give up that dream.

The end here is hard to understand. My edit is for if you have a dream (hopes, aspirations) which will not come true (happen, be realized) if you give up.

I can't live like this lifeat now.

Alternative: I can't give up on my dreams now.

It sounds like this happened in the past, so I changed the whole sentence to past tense.

Good job using "than" here, even a lot of native English speakers get confused from that.
