I joined the church around 2012.
At the church, I met a barber.
We read and repeated the Old and New Testaments.
We prayed and talked to each other.
For Christians, the weekly Sabbath is a day for complete relaxation and rest.
The Sabbath dates back to Biblical times.
They turn off their cell phones, televisions, computers, etc.
During the Sabbath, they don't use any electronics and spend time with each other.

I had to Google this for your last entry, but apparently "biblical" is not capitalised! It does seem like it should be to me, but apparently it's not.

They turn off their cell phones, televisions, computers, etc.

During the Sabbath, they don't use any electronics and instead they just spend time with each other.
