Leaders and directors in an organization are normally older people. Some people think younger leaders would be better. Do you agree or disagree?
First of all, it is better to remember to not judge the capability of individuals by mere their age. The leadership of an organization is a critical position that cannot be given to staff members based only on their age. One the one hand, it is common sense that elderly people have much more experience than the young. Due to this reason, most likely they can handle problematic situations better. The Aged are more respected in the organization and then have a more powerful voice than the young staff. As the time spent working in the organization is longer, the elderly can understand the problems and feelings of the staff much better.
On the other hand, young individuals are much more capable in terms of physical ability. The role of leadership in an organization is stressful because directors must deal with a lot of problems and there is a lot of pressure on them. Younger generations are more creative and can open new paths to a company. They have significant familiarity with new technologies. As people become older they gradually tend to be more conservative, so that young staff is more open to new changes.
In conclusion, I am in this belief that in selecting the leader other important parameters should be taken into the account as well.

Using better is fine but ‘best’ sounds more natural
The leadership of an organization is a critical position that cannot be given to staff members based only on their age alone.

What you have written is fine as it is but it sounds more natural this way.

Elderly is correct but I think in this sentence you really mean older people, not elderly people. Typically the word elderly is used to describe the very old.
Due to this reason, mostit is likely that they can handle problematic situations better.

Older people are more respected in the organization and may have a more powerful voice than the young staff.
Aged sounds odd in this context. It is more likely to be used to refer to the very old, especially people who have retired and are no longer working. So given you are talking about their role in an organisation or workplace it sounds odd.
As the time spent working in the organization is longer, the elderlyolder people can understand the problems and feelings of the staff much better.

You are adding another thought to your list and so adding the word ‘also’ helps it flow better. Also I don’t think you need the word new when referring to change
In conclusion, I am in this beliefve that in selecting the leader other important parameters should be taken into the account as well.
