Dear Abe-san,
Recently, I saw you and other politicians wearing masks on TV. You asked policitians to procure their masks by themselves, right? The masks look very clean and new. I would like to know where you politicians obtained those masks because we haven't seen any masks on any shops around us. Naturally you paid your money for them, right? Not from our tax fund, right?
I wear masks which my wife made for me. These masks consist of three cloths layer. The outside is used from a cloth which my wife bought at a shop. 2 pices of the inside cloth are used from my cotton underwears which I wore six months ago. Yes, it is a part of the buttocks in the underwear.
My wife says it is no problem if cloth masks are soaked in boiled water for more than 10 minutes and wash with a normal detergent and a little of chlorine bleach.
I know you will use your pure white cloth mask repeatedlly by washing every day as you told us to do so. Don't worry. I don't doubt one bit you will put it in a trashcan every day.
I am looking forward to seeing your worn-out mask sooner or later.
With lots of love,
Tamo-chan

I don't doubt one bitthink you will put it in a trashcan every day, of course.
If you were going for more obvious sarcasm, this phrasing emphasizes how you actually do think he will put it in the trash every day. The original phrasing is not wrong, but it makes sense to make this phrase sarcastic since the next line is also sarcastic.
