Les traits de caractères pour être un bon ami
Quand je pense à mes amis, je vois qu'ils ont quelques traits de caractères en commun. En général, ils sont sympas et gentils mais aussi marrants et un peu bizarres. À mon avis, les meilleures amis sont ceux qui peuvent rigoler avec toi et te soutenir en restant honnêtes avec toi. Les petites querelles ne sont pas nécessairement les mauvaises nouvelles. En fait, si vous vous discutez franchement de votre différend, ça peut renforcer la rélation à la fin. Par contre, si vous cachez vos vrais sentiments, la chance que vous vous réconciliiez soit plus petite.
When I think about my friends, I see that they have some character traits in common. In general, they are nice and kind but also funny and a little weird. In my opinion, the best friends are those who can laugh with you and support you while staying honest with you. Little fights aren't necessarily bad news. Actually, if you discuss the issue with each other frankly, it can strengthen the relationship in the end. On the other hand, if you hide your feelings, the chance of reconciliation is much smaller.

Not grammatically incorrect but sounds kind of weird, like every time you think about your friends you notice that they share some personality traits. Maybe something like "Quand je réfléchis aux traits de caractère de mes amis, je vois qu'ils en partagent un certain nombre" would be better. "Réfléchir" is more active than "penser", so in my mind at least when you "pense à" your friends, you're not necessarily analyzing the content of their character, you may just me thinking of a conversation you once had or something.

I might be wrong, but I think "différend" implies that a disagreement is very serious and may last a very long time, while "désaccord" is closer to any disagreement. "Régler" might also be the only verb you can use with "différend" (régler un différend is somewhat of a fixed expression). Maybe something like "Au contraire, si vous débattez franchement sur le sujet de votre désaccord, cela peut renforcer votre amitié."?
Par contre,Alors que si vous cachez vos vrais sentiments, la chanceprobabilité que vous vous réconciliiez soit plus petitest beaucoup plus faible.

Close to perfect so I corrected sentences that weren't necessarily wrong but sounded weird or could be improved in some way. You text was great, but plagued by too many literal translations and a phrasing that is decidedly not French. You seem to have an extensive vocabulary and solid conjugation skills (I'm impressed that you knew "différend" and "réconciliiez"), but now I'd say the next step is to begin thinking in French instead of thinking in another language and then translating. (Or maybe my brain is warped by switching between French, English and Spanish multiples times a day, and maybe you were thinking in French when you wrote this. Please let me know, I enjoy doing translation but I may not always be helpful). Anyhow, good job. :)
