Recently, I use app Anki - the flash card's app to learn Phrasal verb, but I quickly forget learned words. Do you have study tips to remember that words? Please teach me or give me some advice to remember longer.

This helped me to remember grammar points in Japanese: I copy the example sentences for a grammar point into my Anki deck. I have one type of card display the Japanese sentence so that I can enter an English translation for it and then I have another type of card which displays the English translation and I'm supposed to enter the sentence in Japanese. I've memorized over 900 sentences since Fall 2021 and it's helped me more than in just remembering the grammar point. Almost every week I end up reciting one of my memorized sentences in conversation. Some people think I'm fluent but I'm not. I've just memorized a lot of sentences. They say if you memorize 10,000 sentences, you're considered fluent.

I don't use Anki anymore but when I struggled with a particular word or phrase, I would usually bury or suspend the card. However, I rarely did that. I usually just kept using Anki everyday until they stuck. So I would suggest using the app on a daily basis and also, reading more sentences where the phrasal verbs are used. That can help you learn them too. Good luck! :)
