Petty - but titles are normally capitalised.

Without a doubt whatsoever, most students choose English over another language for the better job opportunities it brings.

While not _wrong_, "whatsoever" is a bit much here.

However, I'm leaning more towards the chancopportunities that English gives you to learn about other cultures, and to meet people all alonground the world.

It's subtle, but "chances" is more about probability. Opportunities is better, as they're there even if you don't chose to learn English - you just won't be able to take them.

When we tackle English learning English, we tend to focus on grammar rules and tenses; just to give and. For example, we usually memorize large lists of irregular verbs.

Once again, "just to give and example" isn't precisely wrong, but it sounds much more like something someone would say, than write.

That's why I strongly feel that the best (and most amusing) way to learn it is through reading books and talking with native speakers.

That it can be amusing is an aside to the main point of the sentence, so you need to make it a subclause (or put it in another sentence) for it to sound natural.

To wrap up, as forwhen learning a new language is relate you should concentrate on enjoying the learning process and makeing the best of your study time.
