Learning from YouTube No.1? No.2?

Few years ago I did make a statement said “YouTube” is the best free teacher in the world.

Today, I will still stand this statement.

BUT! Base on my recent experience may change your mind.

Last week there was a big finance scam.

Because this incident involve many difficult finance terms.

Many YouTubers making video tries to explain what have happened.

I watched 10 videos.

Most of them able to explain the technical terms in a simple way.

But in fact is not that simple.

Also most of the videos can’t tell the true story.

If you just watch one or two videos and thinks you understand.

That is more danger then you don’t watch at all.

Few years ago I did makde a statement saidthat “YouTube” is the best free teacher in the world.

Today, I will still stand by this statement.

It's okay with "will", but more natural without.

Based on my recent experience may, you might change your mind.

- "you may" = I am giving you permission
- "My recent experience may change your mind" is another way to say this ("may" or "might" are the same here).

Last week, there was a big financeial scam.

"A financial (adj) scam (n)" or "A scam in finance (n in n)"

Because this incident involved many difficult finance terms.,

Mmany YouTubers makingde videos triesying to explain what haved happened.

"what happened" or "what had happened", both are okay, "had" is more formal.

I watched 10 videos.

Most of them were able to explain the technical terms in a simple way.

But in fact, it is not that simple.

"But the facts are not that simple"
"But in fact, the situation is not that simple"
are also OK.

Also, most of the videos can’t tell the true story.

"... can't tell the true story" or "the whole story" are both good.
Why not? Because they don't have all the facts?

If you just watch one or two videos and thinks you understand.,

Tthat is more dangerous thean if you don’t watch any at all.

+ combine with previous sentence.

This is a good thing to realize. It's true that they don't tell the whole story, and that it's dangerous to believe everything you hear on the internet.
