Learning Belief

Hi. This is my first day of writing essay in this web site. I am a Japanese university student who has been studying English for 8 years. I’m thinking of becoming Japanese teacher in the future.
The other day, I learned that people have r their own beliefs about learning languages. For instance, there are people who think that grammar is the most important. On the other hand, there are people who think communication is more important than grammar. And closer the beliefs between teacher and learner are, The learning efficiency increases. I think that my belief is not to think too much about grammar and no to afraid of making mistakes when learning languages. (I’m thinking about grammar too much when I’m writing this essay…)
Anyway, I’d like to know your own beliefs as you learning other languages and fixing grammar. Thank you.

こんにちは。初めてこのサイトで日記を書きます。私は英語を8年間勉強している日本の大学生です。将来は日本語の先生になることができれば良いなと思っております。先日、日本語教師の授業で人はそれぞれ言語学習に対する信条があるということを学びました。例えば、何よりも文法が大事だという人もいれば、文法よりもコミュニケーションの方が大事だという人もいます。そしてこの信条が生徒と先生の間で近ければ近いほど授業の効率が上がるそうです。自分の信条は何かと考えた時、文法を気にしすぎずミスをしてもあまり気にしないことではないかと思いました。（この文を書く時文法を気にしすぎていますが…）
とにかく、文法を修正し、他の言語を学んでいる皆さんの信条をよければ教えてください。読んでくださってありがとうございます。😊
