Leadership
Recently a friend of mine asked me what did I think about my leadership skills. At first I thought I hadn't done anything significant which can show my skills on it. However when I start to guiding my younger siblings at how it just click in my head that it is one way that I am showing even if it is not as significant as others do. Ever since we lost our father, as the first child of the family, it becomes my biggest responsibly to guide and help my siblings in there school work and their behavior . Since my mom is the only one who earns money for the family , she is supper busy and can't help them . sometimes I don't know what to do when they don't listen to me. To be honest it is really challenging .
At first I thought I hadn't done anything significant which can show my skills on it.
