I was sleepy at 9 p.m.last night, so I went to bed at 10.30 p.m. However, I woke up half past four this morning. I thought I should't have gone to bed early.

I would like to use "so" ×2 next time!
I was sleepy at 9 p.m. last night, so I went to bed at 10.30 p.m.
You will often see 10:30 as well as 10.30. I prefer the colon but when I checked it seems a full stop is ok too.
However, I woke up at half past four this morning.
It seem off to change to words when you have numbers before. “I woke up at 4.30 a.m.”. I’ve corrected though as the words are fine
I thought I should'n’t have gone to bed early.
