I used to access Lang-8 some years ago to practice my writing. I made some friends there and learned a lot, but Lang-8 is over , most of user are inactive now and I don't get corrections anymore. So looked up for a new website to practice my writing and found Lang correct and I'm still testing it . Let's see what happens.
Lang-8
I used to accesswork with Lang-8 somea few years ago to practice my writing.
I changed "access" to "work with". The word "access" is used when you have the availability of something:
"I can access the backroom with my key." (I can get into the back room with my key.)
"Do you have access to a computer?" (Do you have a computer at home that you can use?)
To "work with" something sounds better here, since you are "working with" a program
I made some friends there and learned a lot, but Lang-8 is over , m. Most of users are now inactive now and I don't get corrections anymore.
¶
You said "over ," - try to avoid that. You don't put a space before punctuation. Just simply "over,"
So, I looked up for a new website to practice my writing and found Lang cCorrect and. I'm still testing it .
You need a comma after "so" because you are using it here as a transition word.
You also were missing the subject of the sentence before "looked up", so I added "I"
I broke up the sentence into two, so that it flows better.
Let's see what happens.
