In spanish there is different words for plural and singular adjectives. In this case, you are talking about "días" (plural), so the adjective "difícil" (which is like a " 'hard' adj just for singular") should turn to "difíciles" (the plural form of "difícil").

In this sentence, you should use the word "sobrellevar", as it has a meaning more similar to "keep going on", "continue normally with one's life despite the bad things", which I think is the sense or meaning you are trying to give.
