Either "j'ai" + noun or "je suis" + adjective
Like in English where you'd say "I'm sad" not "I have a bit sad"
Mon ami n'aiest pas sympathique.
"ait" is a subjunctive form from "avoir", "to have"
he is = il est
Mais, que 'ai-je fait ?
Passé composé = conjugated "avoir" in the present tense (as an auxiliary) + past participle of the full verb
I did, I've done = j'ai fait
If you meant "what have I done TO HIM" => que LUI ai-je fait ?
Alors, je l'ai ignoré.
