Kronos

1. 在 Kronos，我的工作是维护员工数据库，例如新员工、前员工和现任员工。
2.我还用来发送员工数据库来更新公司工具，例如IT工具、工资工具、医疗保险供应商工具。
3. 我曾经处理员工的日常电子邮件，如签发地址证明文件、签证申请信、前雇员的就业证明、经验信、晋升信、评估信、试用完成信。
4. 我曾经收到员工休假的电子邮件并将其发送给中国的薪资供应商。
5. 其他团队成员正在为公司员工（如新员工、现任员工）开具礼物发票。
6. 其他团队成员正在为新员工和现有员工进行入职培训。
7. 我主要使用HCM工具和Outlook。

1. In Kronos, my job was to maintain employee’s database such new hires, ex-employees and current employees.
2. I also used to send employee’s database to update company tool such as IT tool, payroll tool, medical insurance vendor tool.
3. I used to handle employee’s daily emails such as issue address proof document, visa application letter, ex-employee’s employment verification, experience letter, promotion letter, appraisal letters, probation completion letter.
4. I used to receive emails of employees leave and send it to payroll vendor in China.
5. Other team members were raising invoice for gifting to company employees such as new hires, current employees.
6. Other team members were doing orientation for new hires and current employees.
7. I was using HCM tool and Outlook mostly.
