So my first corrections have just arrived and things are not so bad. I think. So I’m getting daring and trying harder to express myself freely. I will write what I want to say even if I cringe because I know it’s not correct… but have no idea how to make it good. I thank you all for your help, I will try harder to capitalize and pay more attention to my punctuation. Also, in my first post, I wanted to say « I LACK vocabulary and ease » because I do. And I don’t know which word could replace « ease ». Sorry.
I signed up mysel today for a challenge where I have to write 250 words in English every day. I regret it already. It’s late and I thought I was done for the day. I was optimistic. I hope it’s the right word. Now I’m hungry and I wish I could relax. Well, it will probably do me some good to push myself a little more. And it’s not so hard… as long as I have something to say.
Thank you again and good night !
Là j’ai faim et j’aimerais pouvoir me détendre. Bon, ça me fera probablement du bien de me pousser un peu plus. Et ça n’est pas si difficile… tant que j’ai quelque chose à dire.

I think.
"I think." doesn't really work as a standalone sentence, but should be attached to the preceding sentence with a comma, i.e. "...are not so bad, I think."

I will write what I want to say even if I cringe because I know it’s not correct… but have no idea how to make it goodbetter.
I think this is 'correct', but "...make it better." sounds a bit more natural to me.
I thank you all for your help,. I will try harder to capitalize and pay more attention to my punctuation.
Here, I think you do need to separate it into two sentences!
Also, in my first post, I wanted to say « I LACK vocabulary and ease » because I do.
And I don’t know which word could replace « ease ».
To be honest, I don't know what word to substitute here either, and now that I'm in the middle of corrections, I can't see how to go back and read the French.
Sorry.

"signed myself up" sounds more natural than "signed up myself". The latter sounds to me like putting the emphasis on who did the signing up, while the former makes it clearer that it's you who's been signed up.

Really, really good text. To be honest, I don't see how this is B1 -- it seems so natural and flows so easily, and the errors that I'm highlighting are the mistakes native speakers might easily make.
