(1) Since "if" expresses a conditional/hypothetical, the use of "will" is expected here. The structure is "If X, (I) will Y." or "(I) will Y if X." (2) If you want to use "I'm" and not "if", you'd write: "I'm really glad that you all checked my blog, and gave me some advice."
