My first diary

Hello.
This is my first post.
Nice to meet you.
I′m a native Japanese.
I have been studying English for a long time. But actually I cannot speak English.
When I lived in the US, I could not talk with neighbers well. I think I should have more time to output my English.
So I decided to participate in this community. I′m glad if you help my English improve.
Thank you.

I′m a native Japanese speaker. I′m a native Japanese speaker.

I′m a native Japanese. I′m a native Japanese.

This sentence isn't wrong, but I agree with the other post that "I'm a native Japanese speaker" sounds more natural. Or you could say something like, "I'm from Japan, so Japanese is my native language."

When I lived in the US, I could not talk with neighbers well.

When I lived in the US, I could not talk with neighbeors well. When I lived in the US, I could not talk with neighbors well.

When I lived in the US, I could non't talk with my neighbeors very well. When I lived in the US, I couldn't talk with my neighbors very well.

"could not" is technically correct, but most people would say "couldn't" instead. Just saying well does work too, but saying "very well" sounds more natural.
