I watched the movie "Kingsman" on Amazon Prime according to a recommendation from a friend of mine. She said that the movie is really exciting but is little bit grotesque, and was worried if I feel bad or not.
After watching it, I totally agreed with her opinion. The story was exciting and worthy of being remembered. However, I think that grotesque scenes are unnecessary and moreover spoils smart story.
I wondered if British movies have already been full of smart story such as James Bond and Sherlock Holmes so that people prefer to such a movie.

She said that the movie is really exciting but isa little bit grotesque, and was worried if I feel bad or nott might make me sick.
I'm guessing that was her concern, given the phrase "feel bad or not" and the description of the movie as a little grotesque. I went with "might make me sick" because that's how I would phrase it, but other alternatives might be "might freak me out," "might give me nightmares," etc. It depends on what reaction she thought you might have to something grotesque.
After watching it, I totally agreed with her opinion.
