What part of your daily routine do you wish you could change
I often use smartphone before I go to sleep. Although, I want to quit this, I have no time to enjoy social networking services like X or Instagram but at night. People often say that social network could be bad for our mental health. Do you think should I quit? Actually, the number of my followers is very few, so it won’t be a problem even if I stop using those apps.

I'll be honest, I've even thought of trying to stop staring at my phone screen in bed before I go to sleep. There's plenty of research that states that you should avoid "blue light" (light from electronic devices) at least 1 hour before going to bed, but I just can't help but scroll through Reddit, X, and Discord.

I think I get so excited about being able to come up with and write English sentences that I unconsciously try to write long ones. I'm not good at writing long sentences in Japanese either.
I'm looking at my hobbies, espresso and oil painting. It's fun!

I came looking for pieces of advice and found only one 😅🥲. I am thinking of stopping too but it's the one of the things that keeps me updated on things going on real life, since I don't read the news.
If using it makes you feel down or depressed, you should stop.
