My legs is broke in today track and field match.

My legs is broke inare dead from today's track and field match. My legs are dead from today's track and field match.

"my legs are broken" would sound like you literally fractured your legs, which I don't think is the case? Casual ways to say you worked your legs really hard: "my legs are dead," "I killed my legs," and "my legs got destroyed"

My legs is broke during today's track and field match. My legs broke during today's track and field match.

Alternatively: "I injured my legs during today's track and field match." I'd say either of these sentences if you do, in fact, mean you damaged or injured your legs. But if your legs were simply really tired but not physically damaged, I'd say something like: "my legs are exhausted from today's track and field match."

I was running in today track and field match.
