Hey maybe I got some advice. I’ve been writing and sharing poetry! Would you like to read some?
Up to ten is all I’ll give, ‘til then, though thoroughly chosen by His Truly, a fool I’d be to budge any further. I may even go down in history as His truly’s enemy, “Dilemna without a fee” is who I’d be, dishing out trouble for free, Though he says I only give up to three! Once more, I shall say, Up to ten is what I’ll pay, maybe more, maybe less if my mood permits, I digress, less wit would do, more rational reasoning would be pleasing
Here’s another one!
By the end of this sentence you will see a word wrapped wistfully with three sprees of free falling fables: a house whose gables are strung up with cables, lets turn the tables and raise them in stables - they’ll get what they need: an abecedarian steed

Doorknob
I opened the door, the doorknob was loose,
It fell to the floor, it lay there, but soon, all on its own, without help from another, it began spinning and twirling, light as a feather, it floated in the air and it flew out the window, it flew through the sky and down into a meadow with lush green grasses and wise old pine trees, that’s where the doorknob landed, and he landed with ease. He descended with grace, his spins slowly subsided, and then at long last, he finally landed. And what do you think, just what did he see? Standing in front of him was a pine tree. An old ponderous pine with bristles of green. The pine looked at the doorknob and gave him a greeting.
That old pine tree sat there polishing his bristles, and then he asked the doorknob if he knew how to whistle. The doorknob spun and twirled, but alas, no sound came out. He blushed, embarrassed and demure, and then began to pout. “No I can’t whistle, you knew that from the start! Stop polishing your pines and your bristles and please, help me out! I want to make sounds, I want to whistle and sing, I want to oh so badly, but that’s just the thing - all I can do is spin, turn, and twist. Just why do you think I fled from that door? I want to do more than this!”
The ponderous pine, he pondered those words, from the knob that fled from his home inside the door. He whistled a tune, he shook all his pines, he traced in the dirt some curious lines. And when he finished whistling, the lines became clearer, when the doorknob looked at them, he felt he was looking in the mirror.
In the moist dirt of the forest floor, was a heart that was traced by the pine tree. And oh, what an image! The doorknob was shocked! He had never seen such a thing - what was it? He thought about it a lot. He turned and he twisted, but no answers came out. Embarrassed and defeated, once more, he began to pout:

A buzzing bumblebee had to suck nectar from a flower, but he chose to suck some bottled water, for his desire was that much stronger. But his duty was to the flower, it needed to be pollinated, and without the bumblebee, it withered and it faded. But the bumblebee went on, it did not need the flower, instead it carried with it some delicious bottled water. But the water then ran out, the bumblebee needed more, so he went to that one flower he abandoned the day before. The flower was dried up, it needed some hydration, so the bumblebee vomited up the water that he drank instead of nectar. The flower drank it up, its petals returned to life, it thanked the bumblebee for saving its

A seed swallowed,
And from his mouth,
Vines and tendrils spurt out,
A smothered shout,
Cracking winding vines,
Constrict and lick his face,
Growing from the nodes, leaves sprout and they shake,
They stretch their spindly tendrils up towards the sun,
The leaves catch its warmth,
All below grows dark and dim,
Thick branches like prison bars confining him,
Growth and restriction,
Flow and conviction

Rhyme (czardas)
In time, the rhyme you sigh will die, come back again. See it shine, fly, go way up high, it’s at its end. Goes on, flows throughout the line, but it’s broken. Down it sinks, into your dreams, don’t worry, rest your head.

So the way it works is you write a post in your target language (ideally with a translation in your native language so people can help you using translation tools etc. if they can't understand what you wrote in your target language).
Then people can leave corrections on the post with the version they think is correct, and you can comment on those if you have any questions.
There's also a system where you need to maintain a certain ratio of correcting other people to pieces of yours that have been corrected.

If you want to use the word "practical" specifically, you could maybe say "I haven't had any practical experience with it". But "practically" is usually used for different things, eg. "The brothers were practically identical." In that sentence, it means "almost completely". So if you say something like "I practically haven't experienced it", it sounds like "I've barely experienced it at all".
