As a leader, you can’t satisfy everyone, because they have different thoughts and desires, and these thoughts and desires are not necessarily both correct. Please don’t try to make everyone pleased. That is useless. You only need to follow these rules: open, fair and just. As to what they say about you or what they would do to you, please ignore these, otherwise you will feel very tired, so being a leader is not an easy thing. If you can’t feel joy from being a leader, not being a leader is not a bad thing.

This isn't necessarily incorrect but it sounds awkward. This is a more natural way to phrase it. I also wouldn't add Please at the beginning of the sentence just because there's a second please with a different meaning and it sounds a little weird too.
