Many people tend to choose permanent jobs because they hate the risk, while some will prefer to take high risks for the sake of interest to get satisfying jobs. I choose the latter.
1. Getting a satisfying job means satisfying one's psychological needs; while a permanent job means a long-term stable income. For me, mental abundance is more important than material abundance.
2. A permanent job often means stability, sameness, and even tedium.
