You are right, but that is all that I can do at present. No English speakers around me, so I never have the chance to speak with them. Besides, I don’t think I have the ability to talk to English speakers now. I have a lot of shortcomings, such as vocabulary and grammar. I think the main work I should do now is listen more, read more, write more and try to speak to myself more. However, thank you for your suggestion about learning English and I will take it as a big concern.

You could also write "I think the main thing I should do now is listen more, read more, write more and try to speak to myself more."
But using "thing" in this fashion is an informal use, common in spoken English, but it doesn't sound as good in written English. The alternative suggested above ("main focus") sounds better.

Your sentence made sense, but in my experience people say "my focus" instead of "my main work"
