I didn't know why at first, drinking green tea made my stomach uncomfortable. Later, I learned that green tea is raw tea. It is not suitable for people who have a cold stomach. In order to drink tea regularly, I looked at it on the internet and I learned that black tea, Puer cooked tea and Tieguanyin are all cooked tea, may be suitable for me to drink. Now I drink three brands of tea, one is Keemum Blak Tea, the other is Dayi Puer (raw), plus Bama Tieguanyin. It is hard to say which one is better, as long as after drinking them my stomach doesn't feel sick. For me, they are all good tea.

At first I didn't know why at first, drinking green tea made my stomach uncomfortable.

As written, the parts on both sides of the comma are independent sentences and would need some sort of conjunction.

I rephrased it to a more natural phrasing.

Later, I learned that green tea is raw tea.

It is not suitable for people who have a cold stomach.

I don't understand what "have a cold stomach" means here.

It sounds like people whose stomach temperature is lower than average, but I have never heard of such a thing, so I wonder if I am misunderstanding.

In order to drink tea regularly, I looked at it on the internet and I learned that black tea, Puer cooked tea and Tieguanyin are all cooked tea, may be suitable for me to drink.

Or "I researched it on the internet"

I don't know what "cooked tea" means. Does this mean boiled tea?

Now I drink three brands of tea,: one is Keemum Blak Tea, the another is Dayi Puer (raw), pluand the third is Bama Tieguanyin.

We only use "the other" for the second of two choices, but you have three choices.

It is hard to say which one is better, as long as after drinking them my stomach doesn't feel sick.

For me, they are all good tea.

It is not suitable for people who have a cold stomach.

Cold stomach(胃寒)is a concept in Chinese medicine. I translated it directly, but I don’t know if it’s correct.
