Every time I listen to a song about father I will burst into tears because I never thought of his leaving and I’m not prepared for it at all. When I listen to this song, I can’t help shedding tears again.

Every time I listen to a song about a father, I will burst into tears because I never thought of his leaving and I’mmy own father left us so suddenly and without warning. I was not prepared for it at all.

As is, the sentence is pretty vague and could encompass either 1) he left your family / disappeared, or 2) he passed away. To make it clear he passed away, you could rephrase it as:
...my own father's passing was so sudden and without warning, ...

Every time I listen to a song about my father I will burst into tears because I never thought of hishe would leavinge and I’m was not prepared for it at all.

I am not entirely sure of what you were trying to say, so I corrected this the best I felt I could. This sentence should be in past tense.

When I listen to this song, I can’t help sheddingbursting into tears again.

Typically, we would just say crying, but it looked as though you were going for the phrase "burst into tears".

Hope everything gets better!

“My” is not I want. All songs about Father can remind me of my own father. After I listened the song “monsters”(James blunt) I thought of my father again and cried.
