Improve my English: I have one year to improve my English, I took lessons at the college for the intermediate level, I'm watching series on Netflix with subtitle, I'm attending the meeting for ESLC through zoom every day, but I fell my speak English is very basic still. It is so hard when I speak to remember the vocabulary or the pronunciation, sometimes I feel frustrated because I want to do new friends and new experience, but when you don't communicate correctly is so hard, What do I do to continue to improve my communication skill?

It is so hard when I speak to remember the vocabulary or the pronunciation, s. Sometimes I feel frustrated because I want to domake new friends and new experiences, but it's hard when you don't communicate correctly is so hard,express yourself correctly. What do I do to continue to improve my communication skills?
"Communicate correctly" is grammatical, but "express oneself" sounds more natural to me.

It's completely fine to have more complex sentences, but the ones here didn't come across as particularly elegant or fluid. Make sure you also separate independent clauses with the appropriate conjunctions or punctuation; commas are generally to be avoided unless there is a strong stylistic relationship between the clauses in question.
