My granddaughter is five years old and she is in the second grade in a municipal kindergarten.

The kindergarten is about 1.5 kilometers away from her home. Usually her parents take her to kindergarten. Sometimes, my wife or I take her to school.

I feel she is an introverted person. When she is with other people, she feels nervous, and once she meets a stranger she always keeps her distance from them. When she is at home, she behaves extroverted.

When she was little, she considered me a stranger. Every time she saw me, she became upset and resisted me coming to her house.

In recent years, she knows that I am her grandpa, so she has become friendly with me and has never driven me away again.

Now, when she is with me, she likes to pretend to blame me for some things. I know that she is pretending she is a spoiled child.

Recently, aside from studying in kindergarten, she also takes a painting class, which she needs to attend this afternoon.

This afternoon, my wife sent me a message asking me to pick my granddaughter up and take her to painting class.

Her painting class room is on the third floor of a mall, which is connected to my office building. What a coincidence.

Usually, when I take her and arrive at her painting class room, there are still twenty more minutes left before her class starts.

During this break, I often ask her if she wants something to eat and buy some snacks for her. However, she doesn't ask for too much. A little will be enough. She is never greedy.

Her painting class will be finished by 6:40 pm. I have to wait for her until then, and take her home.
