This morning, I had my car's annual examination.

I bought this car in March 2019. According to the Regulation on Annual Inspection of Motor Vehicles in China, I have to examine this car annually because it's been put in use for over six years. If it exceeds 15 years, I have to examine it twice each year.

This car is the first car I bought in my life. Although it is 13 years old and can't keep up to date, I still want to keep it in use instead of being eliminated.

This morning, I had my car's annual examinationservice.

Don't use examine/examination, better to use service or tune-up. Also, I would probably not use 'had' but rather 'I took my car for its annual service'.

I bought this car in March 2019.

According to the Regulation on Annual Inspection of Motor Vehicles in China, I have to examinservice this car annually because it's been put in use for over six years.

use service, 'put in use' sounds awkward.

If it exceedsmy car is older than 15 years, I have to examinservice it twice each year.

we speak about cars in terms of 'age'. again use 'service' not examine.

This car is the first car I bought in my life.

don't use eliminated, written-off is better.

Feedback

Overall well done, some verbs you use just are awkward and don't sound 'natural' so I tried to replace where possible.
