Before their twenties, I think everyone always thinks that time goes by slowly because they are eager to grow up, then they will never think of time until their late thirties. By then, they will suddenly feel the sense of a kind of urgency because, subconsciously, they will realize that they have already lived half of their life. At that point, many of them will have a big change in their lives because they start to do things very seriously. In the following ten years, they will cherish their time so much and make good use of the time. After the age of fifty, they will kind of know their destiny because they will often feel a little tired of what they are doing, so they will take time as treasure because they already know that they almost no longer have much efficient time to do the things they want to do. And gradually, they will lose their energy and their body conditions will also gradually become worse until they leave this world. It's my understanding of people's whole lives.

At that point, many of them will havmake a big change in their lives because they start to do things very seriously.

Can say "it" in stead of "the time", but that's just a stylistic comment.

After the age of fifty, they will kind of know their destiny because they will often feel a little tired of what they are doing, so they will take time as treasure because they already know that they almost no longer have much efficient time to do the things they want to do.

"Kind of" in this context makes it seem like they're somewhat unsure of their destiny. Also, what do you mean by "efficient"? From what I gathered, you wanted to write something like 'because they already know they don't have much time left to do something efficient.'

And gradually, they will lose their energy and their bodyphysical conditions will also gradually become worse until they leave this world.

Physical sounds 'more natural'. You could also say "their body's condition" to sound more natural.

Yes, you are right.
