What is your favorite sport? Are you fanatic of any sport? Or are you interested in sport now and then?
Time to time I interested in sport. Maybe it's race like WRC or cybersport like Starcraft championship or Dota championship or some fights like fights at UFC. Usually, I don't see all stages or games championship, just finals or semi-finals or quater finals. I rarely see all games or competition from start to final if it's my favorite team or person. The last championchip was GSL 2023 Season 3 where in final game won Solar. It was nice game, but I rooted for opposite player. His nickname is GuMiho.
Thank for reading my journal.

What is your favorite sport?
Are you a fanatic of any sport?
This is the same meaning as the last sentence, so I would pick one or the other. Also, fanatic is okay, but we hardly ever use it. "A fan of" is much more common, or "obsessed with" if you want something strong.
Or are you interested in sports now and then?
Better: "Are you casually interested in sports?"
