I couldn’t log into a WeChat account this afternoon. It required me to use a phone I last time logged into the account to scan the QC that the WeChat provided. I used two phones that I used to use to try, but they all failed. Another option was to let a WeChat friend send me the number WeChat provided, but that account didn’t have any friends. I looked at a solution on the internet and it told me that I could use my phone number to complain about login. I followed the steps to do it and finally I logged in. I have a lot of precious pictures in the moments of that account. I don’t want to lose them.

It didn't happen, so the conditional is more appropriate.
I looked at a solution on the internet, and it told me that I could use my phone number to complain about login.
The second half is grammatical but doesn't make senes to me. Perhaps you mean, "it told me that I could complain about the issue with logging in, using my phone number as the contact"?
I followed the steps to do ituggested steps, and finally I logged in.
"To do it" is grammatical, but this sounds better to me.
I have a lot of precious pictures in the moments of that account.
I don’t want to lose them.
