Every time after I drink some beer (even though I rarely drink) I will become very sentimental. When I return to normal, I always regret it. But I still think the best way to teach spoken language is thinking about what students are thinking, concerns what students are concerned about, instead of mechanically following an emotionless plan. Anyway, I am very sorry for taking the lesson after drinking.

When drinking to the point of intoxication, we call it "getting drunk", and recovering from getting drunk is called "sobering up".
But I still think the best way to teach spoken language, though, is to thinking about what students are thinking, concernsand consider what students are concerned about, instead of mechanically following an emotionless plan.
Sentences are not usually started with "but", it's more common to separate two parts of a sentence like this is with "..., though,..."
Anyway, I am very sorry for taking the lesson afterwhile drinking.
"After drinking" conveys that you're already recovering from the effects of the alcohol. "While drinking" conveys not only the time that you are consuming the drinks, but also the time during which you feel drunk.

It’s really good to know the usage of “sober up, though, after drinking and while drinking”. Could you please tell me why you deleted the some and will in the first sentence? Thank you very much.
