I once tried booking a few lessons with native English speakers. When I took my lessons I couldn't even speak a single word, and I often got stuck when I was eager to express myself, although I could understand most of the teacher's speaking, but what is the use of that? What I really want is to speak English out loud! I thought all the lessons were a waste, so I stopped booking lessons. After a period of time, I still couldn't find a way to solve it. I had to book lessons again, but I needed to choose the cheapest one, and for a long time, at least for a year. This decision was made when I was desperate with my spoken English.
Stay tuned.

I once tried booking a few lessons with some native English speakers.

I think specifying 'some' here sounds a bit better. I'm not sure why.

When I took myDuring the lessons I couldn't even speak a single word, and I often got stuck when I was eager to express myself, - although I could understand most of what the teacher's speaking said, but what is the use of that?

'what the teacher said' sounds more natural than 'the teacher's speaking'.

What I really want is to speak English out loud!

I thought all these lessons were a waste, so I stopped booking lessonsthem.

Just sounds a bit more natural.

After a period of timEven after a while, I still couldn't find a way to solve itmy problem.

'A while' sounds more natural here. 'A period of time' is quite formal.

I think it is better to say 'solve my problem'. Otherwise, the 'it' sounds like you mean the lessons, and it does not make sense to say 'I couldn't find a way to solve my lessons.'

So I had to book lessons again, but I needed to choose the cheapest ones, and book them for a long time, at least for a year.

Adding 'so' makes the sentence clearer - otherwise it is unclear how this connects to the previous sentence.

TI made this decision was made whenbecause I was desperate withto improve my spoken English.

It sounds more natural to say 'I made the decision'. Otherwise it sounds like someone else forced you to take lessons.

Stay tuned.

Feedback

Good luck with your lessons! I also find speaking foreign languages very overwhelming and difficult.
