We all use them when we stir fry, and without them, dishes will be tasteless. Peanuts are a very good food. They can be cooked and fried. The most common way to eat it is to put some of it in when you make porridge and the porridge will be particularly fragrant. There are also fried five-spice peanuts. You can see it in any supermarket. It's very popular. But peanuts have a high oil content, and you will feel very greasy if you eat too much.

I feel like "condiments" is likely to mean something you put on food *after* it's cooked. You're at the table, the food is served, and then you apply the condiments you want - salt, pepper, soy sauce, tomato sauce, mustard, that sort of thing. But I'm not sure how I would describe the idea you're expressing. I might say "They are flavour ingredients".
Anyway, not really wrong, just strikes me as quite unusual.

"fragrant" also strikes me as unusual. I think of fragrant things as being like flowers or women's perfumes. They smell nice, but sometimes not like you would want to eat them. Some foods can be fragrant, a curry or a stir fry for sure, but maybe not porridge. But I have no alternative suggestion!
