I often hear some people always complain about their salary, position and so on. In short, they think they are kind, generous and capable people, but society, people, leaders and organizations don't treat them well. I think there is nothing to complain about. If you always conclude the unsatisfactory things to outside factors, you will never be happy. For me, I always conclude unpleasant things to myself and I think most of the time I am happy. No matter how high a position a leader has, when I touch them, I never feel they have something special than me, just a similar person in a different position. If I am not interested in someone, I still respect them and not show my unpleasant feelings, just avoid getting in touch with them. If I am not good at certain fields, I will just quit. Take care of your health, do well in your job, don't waste time, that is enough. Don't let others approve of you. Why do you want that? As long as you approve of yourself. Even if you are a piece of gold, please also don't let others approve of you. That is a stupid idea. So never complain, it's useless. If you are really a talent, maybe the smartest choice is that you work for yourself and you don't need anyone to approve of you.

I often hear some people always complain about their salary, position and so on.
In short, they think they are kind, generous and capable people, but society, people, leaders and, organizations and society in general don't treat them well.
"Society" comprises of "people, leaders and organizations," so it makes sense to put "in general" to tie the list together.
I think there is nothing to complain about.
If you always conclude thattribute unsatisfactory things to outside factors, you will never be happy.
In the context of an idea, "conclude" should set off an clause: "If you always conclude that unsatisfactory things result from outside factors…" "Conclude" doesn't take on a noun object when it is used in this sense.
For mePersonally, I always concludattribute unpleasant things to myself and I think most of the time I am happy.

You could also write "as to myself" or "as for myself," but it sounds inelegant because of the repetition of "myself."
No matter how high a position a leader has, when I touch them, I never feel they have something special than me,t I don't have; they are just a similar person in a different position.
"Touch" could work metaphorically, but it doesn't make sense on a literal level.
If I am not interested in someone, I still respect them and do not show my unpleasant feelings, and I just avoid getting in touchencountering with them.
"Getting in touch" is something intentional, so it doesn't make sense to talk about "avoiding" it.
If I am not good at certain fields, I will just quit.
Take care of your health, do well in your job, don't waste time,: that is enough.
Don't leworry about others' approveal of you.
This makes more sense to me. The original sentence implies that we want them to disapprove of us, which doesn't sound like what you intended.
Why do you want that?
As long as you approve of yourself, it is enough.
This was an incomplete sentence, so we needed to expand it.
Even if you are a piece of gold, please also don't leworry about others approveal of youothers.

"Talent" can be used as a noun to refer to people, but that's more in the sense of referring to people in general ("hiring new talent").
