Every year in late November in our region, it starts to become colder, and these colder days will last until early March next year. At least there are three months of colder days. I have been hating the colder days since I can remember things. No matter how thick the clothes I wear, I always feel colder. During the colder period, I prefer to stay home and never want to go out. Winter is a tough season for me. I didn’t hate hot days a couple of years ago, but now I also hate hot days. In our region during the summer, the temperature can be as high as 35 to 40 degrees Celsius. During those hot days, I want to stay at home all day long and turn on the air conditioner. But I don’t set it at a low temperature; I only keep it at 26 degrees Celsius. As the same, during colder years, I don’t set the AC at a higher temperature, and I just keep it on 16 to 18 degrees Celsius. I think using the air conditioner this way, we can save energy and it is very good for our health.
