The hotel I checked in was Anhui Jinling Grand Hotel in Hefei city. The average price of a single room is around 500 CN yuan. The food they supply is plentiful. There are cold dishes, baked foods, fruits, stir fry dishes, pickles, hot pot, desserts, pastas, soup and so on. Although they offer many kinds of food, I only eat some that I prefer, because my appetite is limited. It’s a pity to see those plentiful foods, but you can’t eat them all.

The food they supply is plentiful.y offer a lot of food

This one sound more natural. Plentiful is sort of an outdated term, also the supply is used more in businesses and the military than in normal conversation

There are's cold dishes like , baked foods, fruits, stir fry dishes, pickles, hot pot, desserts, pastas, soup and so on.

Although they offer manyall kinds of food, I only eat somethe ones that I preferlike, because my appetite is limited.

It's more common for 'all' to be used in this situation

It’s a pity to see those plentifulshame to miss out on all that foods, but you can’t eat them all.

Shame, in this context, is better. You said it's a shame to see all that food, but you have to establish why that is, in the original that would mean you don't like seeing so much food

Overall very good! Your grammar is great. Just focus on using more casual sounding verbs for casual conversations like this

What I really mean is 我的饭量有限. The amount of food that I can eat at a single meal.

I don’t know what is the “fish lantern parade” I have translated it on google, google translate it as 鱼灯游行. I have never heard of the Chinese phrase.
