Why do you learn a foreign language? This is a great question. For me, there are no special goals for learning English. I am a person who always likes doing things, and I don’t want to waste time. Currently, my work is not very busy and I think I have a lot of space time, so I want to do some things to entertain myself. But what can I do? According to our government policy, I am not allowed to run business although I am very into it. The things I would do must be available when I am at work, so that definitely would be learning. Thus, I chose to learn English. Why don’t I learn another foreign language? Because I think that English is more popular in the world. All above is the reason why I study English.

Why do you learn a foreign language?

This is a great question.

For me, there arI have no special goals for learning English.

I am a person who always likes doing things, and I don’t want to waste time.

Currently, my work is not very busy and I think I have a lot of spacfree time, so I want to do some things to entertain myself.

To make it sound more natural, you could say
"These days, it hasn't been very busy at work and I feel like I have a lot of free time, so I try to do things to entertain myself."

According to our government policy, I am not allowed to run business although I am very into it.

Do you mean you can't do business while at work or you can't run a business in general?

The things I would dodo in my free time must be available whento me while I am at work, so that definitely would be learning.

Thus, I chose to learn English.

Why don’t I learn another foreign language?

Because I think that English is more popular in the worldwide.

All of the above isare the reasons why I study English.

Then I would say: "According to the policy of the government, I am not allowed to run a business, although I would really be into it."
