I'm going to write about pro bono work.
Have you ever heard of pro bono? I hadn't until this January.
Pro bono is a kind of volunteer action that each specialist offers their own knowledge or skills to various projects which need people's help.
It seems that participants usually don't receive any payment.
This idea hasn't been popular in Japan, but a few organizations have already offered platforms for volunteer workers and projects.
I'm curious about joining one of them because it might give me an opportunity to meet new people whom I can't get to know through my job.
I'm not sure if I can be regarded as a specialist since I've been working for only two years, but I should get into them to relate to others and make the world a bit better.

"Each specialist" makes it feel like there's one of every type of specialist that exists in the world in some line-up, but you're just talking about a general case so simply "a" is better
"Action" is... okay. I feel like "action" more describes a one-time event, where "work" would cover both habitual and one-time cases

I think adding "try to" is better since you're unsure if you qualify to get in as a specialist

That's great. I've looked into volunteering a few times, but every time I go to apply the page says "We already have enough volunteers!" It's a bummer, but at the same time, the fact that there are so many people out there that are kind and caring enough to give their time freely to help others restores my faith in humanity.
