Location of Hotel is nice as it is near to New Islington Station. It take 3-4 minutes to get the station on foot. Besides, it takes 20 minutes to Manchester Piccadilly Station on foot. This is a budget hotel, therefore they cut down some cost like a nice breakfast or other amenities. Only problem I encountered was that there was a pipe or something like that which made a noise like water flow. It made noises only at night while my wife and I were going to sleep.
Hotels crew were very helpful.
