Between my best nightmares, I think the worst is the silly errors. For example, I don't realize that the subject is in third person, or to have mistakes with the indefinite article, 'a/an'. To forget to write the subject in a sentence, is very silly, too. I could follow with the choosing wrong tense verb, and so on. The list is longer, but with all I commented here, I think is enough to have an idea.

The second part of the sentence should be similar in structure to the first part of the sentence because it sounds much better that way. In this sentence, you're talking about things you don't realize: "I don't realize that the subject is in third person" and "I don't realize that I've used the indefinite article incorrectly," so you can merge the two sentences to make one sentence.

Overall very good. Make sure not to start a sentence with an infinitive for example "to forget" unless it is a list.
