Today, it is thought that a person who has good health has lots of assets. They have to create and follow a healthy lifestyle in order to enjoy the benefits of having a healthy lifestyle. Before anything else, a healthy lifestyle is a way that keeps a person’s body fit, boosts their immune system to avoid getting sick easily and helps us to enjoy our happy life. It includes some activities and exercises that a person has to do it regularly so that they can keep and improve both their physical and mental health. In my opinion, it is important to have a healthy lifestyle because it will make our lives better. There are three principles of staying healthy and having a healthy lifestyle. First, we have to relieve our stress. Some people are always busy with work and hectic schedules. It prevents them to have time to relax and stress may weaken their health. To do that, we have to practice meditation every day. Next, we should consume healthy food. A healthy diet means a meal that will increase our life expectancy. If we follow the diet, we have to often eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Besides, it is better if we also eat more fish and less red meat. Last but not least, working out is another good choice to have a healthy lifestyle. We can play sports: jogging, cycling, swimming, doing gymnastics or practising yoga if we reach middle age. In short, it is vital for us to have a healthy lifestyle because it will help us live longer and have a better and happier life.
