That's correct, but it doesn't make much sense. Did you mean "Je ne sais pas quoi écrire" ?

You could simplify the sentence by saying "Je suis ici pour améliorer mon français"
"Je suis Français" "je suis de nationalité française", "je parle français"," je bois du vin français". adjectives or languages don't take an upper case letter. Nationality does.
