Japan- Hirosaki Castle

After our visit of the temple, we went to the Hirosaki Castle.
It was one of the last authentic japanese Castle built during the Edo period.
Today, only remains twelve japanese Castle of this period.
First off, we passed a beautiful red bridge which contrast with the immaculate snow.
On the park of the Castle, I saw my favorite tree : A ginkgo Biloba, approximately aged three thousand years old.
I love the signification and the story of this tree.
Unfortunately, he didn't have any leaf on this period, but he was still magnificence with his big roots.
The Castle was on the top of the hill.
His walls were white and the roof was something like dark green.
He was nice, but in this season, everything was closed, so we couldn't visit anything.
So we just walked on the park covered by the snow.
Even the river was froze!
On spring, the parc is full of cherry trees that are blossoming, with pink and white flowers.
I think it could be incredebly beautiful.
After this walk, the snow was fall a lot, so we were on the only open cafe : Starbucks.
It was my first time on this type of coffeeshop, but I was suprised by the quality of the architecture of the building.
It looks like a typical old japanese house.
For the first time, I spoke in japanese to ask a hot chocolate and a very good pastery with cream and matcha.
The girls who worked here was very kind.
We took a place next the window, because I wanted to see the snow fall.
There was not a lot of people, less than ten, and the major party were students.
Everybody worked in silence, so it was really peacefull.
