My butt and back hurt from sitting on a chair so long lately. Sometimes, I stand up and walk around my room, but it doesn’t have any effects on my body. I want to hang out with my friends in PE soon.

最近椅子に座りすぎていて、背中や腰が痛い。時々立ち上がって部屋を歩いたりしているが、効果はあんまり無い。早く体育で友達と遊びたい。

Corrections

My butt and my back hurt from sitting on a chair for so long lately.

Sometimes, I stand up and walk around my room, but it doesn’t have any effects on my body.

Instead of "doesn’t have any effect on my body", I think it's more natural here to say that it "doesn't have any effect on my pain" or something similar to that.
