I ate thin meat which was given by Japanese person who is related to a fishing boat last night. I can’t find or buy it in Spain because it doesn’t sell in supermarkets. I’ve gone to a market and a clerk sliced meat, but it wasn't similar to Japanese one.

昨日の夜ご飯に、船関係の日本人からもらった薄い肉を食べた。スペインでは薄い肉がスーパーに売られていない。市場に行って肉を薄く切ってもらってもなぜか日本のとは違う。

I haven't seen "船関係" used to refer to a person before, but I assume you mean that this person was in the industry (産業) of fishing, or in the industry of shipping. "Japanese person who is related to a fishing boat" would imply that this person was blood-related (血族) to a boat, which is a funny thought :)
