I was planning on studying, but I went back to sleep, so I’m studying now. I'm relieved because I memorized most of the Economics words. I also have to study one of the difficult subjects, Programming.
朝勉強をしようと思っていたのに二度寝をしてしまった。なので今勉強をしている。経済の暗記がほぼ終わったので、安心している。あとはかなり難しいProgrammingを勉強しなくてはいけない。

You could also say "fell back asleep", as it sounds more natural.
I'm relieved because I've memorized most of the Economics wordsvocabulary.
"Words" wasn't wrong but I felt like, in this context, "vocabulary" was more appropriate.
